The Emerald Lance
2022 / 07 / 07
Nestled in Keffi Street, in the heart of the Old Ikoyi Central Business District, The Emerald Lance stands as a testament to innovation and architectural ingenuity. This joint venture project has transformed a small 400 sqm plot into a soaring 14-story marvel. The first four floors are dedicated to commercial leasing, while the upper ten floors offer luxurious condominiums, complete with rooftop amenities such as a gym and pool.
Key Design Elements and Innovative Solutions: The defining feature of The Emerald Lance is its slender, linear frame that evokes the image of a graceful sword or lance, a symbol of elegance and strength. The first four floors are adorned with highly reflective, randomly arranged three-dimensional crystal-shaped cladding in three shades of emerald green, creating a striking and dynamic exterior.
However, it's the innovative solutions within that truly set this project apart. Each residential floor boasts hanging gardens on the terraces, infusing nature into urban living. The most remarkable innovation is the multi-story parking system that extends 13 floors below ground level. This automated cassette-style parking system optimizes space, efficiently serving the parking needs of the building's occupants.
The Emerald Lance is a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, redefining urban living in Ikoyi. It's a beacon of architectural excellence and a testament to what can be achieved with visionary design and innovative solutions.

Warri B.R.T Terminal
2016 / 02 / 12
One of the most remarkable projects We have had the privilege to work on was the Warri Bus Terminal. This unique endeavor combined traditional rigid materials with glass and steel, resulting in a mesmerizing, fluid, and airy structure that seemed to defy gravity and physics. The design development process was truly intriguing as we crafted a serpentine-like structure using basic arches from different angles. The end result was both aesthetically striking and functionally efficient.
However, what truly set this project apart was the engagement with stakeholders. Working on a public infrastructure project meant balancing a wide array of expectations, needs, and opinions. The intricate web of stakeholders taught us invaluable lessons in managing complex interests while keeping public interest and user needs at the forefront. The harmony between varied yet unified perspectives was the key to success.

MacGregor Heritage Building
2021 / 03 / 03
The MacGregeror Heritage Site project was one of my absolute favorite ones because both the work process and the final result were extremely satisfactory from a professional point of view.
It is a the restoration of the Estate of The Macgregror Family, situated in Ilawo, Abeokuta, Ogun state, Nigeria. Built by the family patriarch , a returnee slave descendant and retired legionnaire, Olabisi Macgregor circa 1911, made up of two interconnected buildings formerly linked by wooden bridge over the cemetery area. The client, The Macgregor Heritage Foundation, wanted for us to restore the building into its original glory after decades of dilapidation, but to also create it in such a way that it would make people look twice. with the addition of a Morden Gallery within the estate.
It’s become Our specialty to use natural forms and original material source in our work, and This project was no different.
